I wanted to make sure this harness would fit me perfectly, and being a leather working hobbyist myself, I asked Alexa if they might consider sending me the various finished leather pieces and hardware (which I also wanted in black as opposed to silver) disassembled so that I would be able to put it all together myself. Alexa was super helpful and attentive to my unusual request, and after receiving all the pieces and hardware (a few days sooner than iâ€™d anticipated, no less!), I was immediately astonished at the quality of the beautiful leather and its strong, carefully finished stitching. Iâ€™m still in the process of coordinating with Alexa as far as the final placement for the various pieces (which they kindly labeled for me) goes, a testament to this shopâ€™s incredible customer service and continuing support.
