The product was packaged and shipped quickly. The metal bar is very strong and stable, the attachment is a hook instead of a ring - which required no hardware to attach but then it looks a bit scary to be around a hook-like hardware. The leather sling on first delivery has a defect that it looks weak on delivery and then on a normal load (50kg), it started to worn out quickly. I was able to connect to customer service thru phone and arrange to get a replacement for the sling (though I have to pay shipping fee)\nThe replacement arrived quickly, and I have been using it for a few times already, the leather is sturdy and quite comfortable. I assumed the first one was just anomaly that I was unfortunate to get it.

Grundsätzlich ein toller Artikel und er ist sehr bequem.\nBei der Qualität sollte man keine allzu hohen Erwartungen haben. Das Produkt wird in Lahore (Pakistan) gefertigt. So sind die Schnitte teilweise unpräzise, was aber die Funktion nicht beeinträchtigt.\nWas die verarbeiteten Materialien (vor allem die Farben) angeht, muss man auch den Produktionsstandort beachten. Man kann kaum europäischen Standard erwarten.\nHier steht also Nachhaltigkeit definitiv im Hintergrund.
