Chest

Just under your armpits at your widest part of your chest goign all around and not too tight.

Total
Height

Simple height measurement, from the top of the head to the floor, indicating the total vertical length of an individual.

Knees
Circumference

Quite simple and around the knee. Try and use the widest part of the knee and not too tight.

Sleeves
Length

Shoulder-to-wrist measurement, starting from the top shoulder point where a shirt seam appears, extending down to the wrist bone for length.

Hip
Circumference

The area around your hips, just by your hip bone all around and not pulled too tight.

Inseam
Measurement

From the top of the inside of your leg down to the ankle bone and not too tight at the top.

Thigh
Measurement

At the top of your thigh going all the way around this should be the widest part of your thigh and not pulled tight.

Cross
Shoulder

If you wear a shirt / tshirt - measure from the seams on th shoulders from side to side across the back.

Biceps
measurements

At the widest point of the bicep so move the measure up and down the arm to ensure the widest point and not too tight.

Just level with your belly button going all around and not pulled too tight.

From the shoulder seam down to the end of the longest finger.
